To Apply
Applicants to the UHS Wilson Medical Center Geriatric Fellowship should have completed or be completing a residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine from an ACGME accredited program. To apply, the following materials need to submitted:
Completed ERAS application which includes:
- Information describing your future plans in Geriatrics
- Current Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Three (3) letters of recommendation including one (1) from your Residency Program Director
- Intent to take either the Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board exam and thereafter the Geriatric Board Exam.
