Geriatric Fellowship Application Requirements
Successful completion of a residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine from an ACGME accredited program. The interested applicant should apply to our program using the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), September through December 1st or submit the following materials:
- Information describing your future plans in Geriatrics
- Current Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Three (3) letters of recommendation including one (1) from your Residency Program Director
- Intent to take either the Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board exam and thereafter the Geriatric Board Exam.
